Our Mindfix Wellbeing and Personal Coaching classes are suitable for all levels of ability. These sessions are designed to change the way you look and feel, help with pain, rehabilitate after injury, and reduce stress – providing relief and strength for mind and body.

Stretching one to one

Suitable for all levels

A total body stretch session for reducing joint pain, muscular injuries and to alleviate stress in the body. The class is floor-based, with some standing. You will need a good quality mat to stretch with.

Swiss Ball one to one

Suitable for all levels

This Swiss ball session is for strengthening weak postural muscles and helping to build stronger core muscles. This one to one session is Swiss ball-based.

Body weight rehabilitation one to one

Suitable for all levels

A floor-based rehabilitation one to one session using bodyweight exercises to reduce back, knee and neck pain. The session is mainly floor-based, with some standing. You will need a good quality mat.

Kettlebell Strength one to one

Suitable for all levels

The kettlebell session is for building up and toning lower and upper body strength, and for developing good movement and better coordination. A good quality mat and two kettlebells are needed.

12 week - online PT program

Suitable for low to advanced levels

A personal session using weight and body weight exercises, for 1 hour. This includes core strengthening, upper and lower body toning and training for the heart and lungs. A good quality mat and weights are needed. The 12 week program consists of three session per week, a personalized nutritional plan and regular updates.

1-to-1 Online Personal Training

Suitable for all levels

These personal coaching sessions work on the needs of the individual client and their goals. The sessions help clients to achieve a toned body, building up strength and improving postural balance. We also work on rehabilitation and teach you how to develop good exercise techniques.

These one-to-one sessions are geared to burn the maximum amount of excess fat from relevant areas, using our tried and tested techniques. People retain fat for many different reasons. One of the best ways to reduce these fat-stores is through resistance exercises that increase your metabolic rate. The more toned a muscle is, the quicker it burns fat.

Strength creates growth – and gives you a more sculpted body. When you train for strength, good training techniques are vital, to prevent injuries. Our sessions are slow and precise, helping you to gradually develop strength in a safe, correct way.

 

  • Cardio

The heart is a muscle: it pumps blood around the body at specific rates. The good news is – you don’t have to run miles to strengthen your heart muscle. This one-to-one training teaches you how to optimise your cardio system with minimal effort.
